Expired biryani masala, jaggery, unlabelled items found at Hunger Box, Gachibowli
Hyderabad: On April 3, 2025, the Telangana State Commissioner of Food Safety's Task Force team conducted an inspection in the Gachibowli area.

The inspection revealed that the establishment displayed a valid FSSAI license prominently. All required documents, including pest control records, water analysis reports, medical fitness certificates, and FoSTaC certificates for food handlers, were in place.
However, Biryani Masala (250g) and Jaggery (2kg) were found to be expired and were discarded. Additionally, some food items in the refrigerator were unlabelled, and there was no gap between the storage and the walls.

At this location, the FSSAI license was also displayed prominently, and the establishment had all necessary records, including pest control logs, water and food analysis reports, FoSTaC certificates, and medical records of food handlers.
Equipment calibration was being done periodically, and TPM levels for reused oil were being monitored. However, dustbins were found to be open during the inspection.
