Additionally, the inspection revealed an infestation of houseflies and live cockroaches. Some fruits, including apples, black grapes, mangoes, and peeled pomegranates, were found spoiled and discarded. The establishment did not have water analysis reports, pest control records, or employee health records.

Refrigerators were found in unsanitary conditions, with some food items, like chutney, infested by cockroaches and discarded. Expired products, including Banana Crush (expired on February 21, 2025), Strawberry Flavour Syrup (expired on March 17, 2025), and Passion Fruit Syrup (expired on January 31, 2025), were also found and discarded.

At Bismi Maggi and Juice Centre, also at DLF Gate No. 2, food safety officials discovered that the FSSAI registration was not displayed prominently. Refrigerators contained uncovered food items, and several fruits, such as peeled pomegranates, were found spoiled.

Pest control records, employee health records, and water analysis reports were unavailable. Uncovered dustbins, a housefly infestation, and the presence of live cockroaches were noted. Employees were found without proper headgear and aprons, and food waste was found littered on the floor and in the refrigerator.

At Sip and Snack, located at DLF Gate No. 3, the FSSAI license was not available, and food items in the refrigerator were uncovered. Spoiled fruits, such as sapotas and oranges, were discarded. The dustbin was found uncovered, and housefly infestation was observed. The floor was littered with food waste.
