Over 3 liters hash oil seized at two places in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Telangana State Anti-Narcotics Bureau (TGNAB) seized hash oil at two different places in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

Based on credible information, the TGNAB officials conducted a raid on the residence of a woman identified as Rahimunnisa in Bandlaguda. They recovered 300 ml of hash oil and Rs. 35,000 cash from her possession. During the search operation, the officials found the hash oil stored in small bottles. Subsequently, the officials took the suspect into custody.

The accused woman was booked under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act). Notably, the Special Operations Team (SOT) had arrested her son while attempting to sell the hash oil to unsuspecting customers. He was booked under the relevant sections of NDPS Act and sent to jail.

In a similar operation under the Balanagar police station limits, the SOT team raided a place near Samrat Hotel and seized three liters of hash oil. They have also arrested three suspects who are trying to sell it off. The apprehended individuals were handed over to the Balanagar police for further investigation.
