HYDERABAD: Traffic restrictions for Grace Cancer Run on October 12

HYDERABAD: To facilitate the smooth conduct of the Grace Cancer Run on October 12, 2025 (Sunday), Cyberabad Traffic Police will impose traffic diversions and restrictions in and around Gachibowli from 05.30 IST to 08.30 IST.

The 10-km event will start at Gachibowli main stadium and proceed via TNGOs Colony to IIIT Junction and Wipro Junction.

Diversion points announced

  1. Wipro Junction:
    Vehicles coming from Wipro Circle towards IIIT Junction will be diverted towards Nanakramguda–Outer Ring Road (ORR).
    Restriction time: 05.30–08.30 IST.

  2. IIIT Junction:
    Traffic coming from Mehdipatnam towards Lingampally, Hyderabad Central University, and Masjidbanda T-junction will be allowed on one side of the carriageway with two-way movement on the right side of the divider towards Lingampally.
    Restriction time: 05.30–08.30 IST.

Heavy vehicle ban

Movement of heavy vehicles, including trucks, lorries, DCMs, goods carriers, ready-mix concrete (RMC) vehicles, and water tankers, will not be permitted in the above-mentioned routes within the limits of Gachibowli traffic police station during the event hours.

The Cyberabad Traffic Police have requested motorists to plan their travel accordingly and cooperate to ensure free flow of traffic during the marathon.
