Gathering restricted around Departmental Test Centers in Cyberabad from June 20–24

Hyderabad: To ensure public order and prevent disturbances during the upcoming Departmental Tests scheduled from June 20 to 24, 2025, the Cyberabad Police have issued prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).

Avinash Mohanty, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, has prohibited the assembly of five or more persons within a 200-meter radius of all examination centers falling under the jurisdiction of the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate during the exam period.

Additionally, all photocopying and internet centers located within 100 meters of these examination centers are to remain closed during the same period. Exemptions to the order include police officers on duty, military personnel, home guards, flying squads from the Education Department, and funeral processions.

The order will be in effect from 6:00 a.m. on June 20 to 6:00 p.m. on June 24, 2025. The public is advised to comply with the restrictions. Violations may lead to legal action under applicable laws.
