Telangana CM Revanth Reddys Home Security Post Removed in Kondareddipalli
NAGARKURNOOL: Four-lane road works progress in Kondareddipalli. Road expansion works are under way at Kondareddipalli village in Nagarkurnool district, the native place of chief minister Revanth Reddy.
Four-lane stretch from highway to Kondareddipalli
The project covers a 3.9-km stretch from Kondareddipalli gate on the Hyderabad–Srisailam highway to the village. The works, taken up at a cost of ₹21 crore, began in September 2024. As per the contract, the works are to be completed by the end of this month. Officials said 80% of the works have been completed so far. A bitumen road has already been laid on the outskirts of the village. The compound wall of the CM’s house was also removed for the expansion.
Push to finish before Dasara visit
Revanth Reddy is scheduled to visit Kondareddipalli on October 2 for Dasara. Authorities are making efforts to complete the works by then. On September 6, district collector Badavat Santosh inspected the works and reviewed progress with officials. He instructed them to ensure completion before the festival.
