During the raid at Nanking Chinese Restaurant, officials discovered several violations of food safety regulations. The FSSAI license was not prominently displayed, and the refrigeration units were found in unsanitary conditions, with all doors and lids broken. Officials found raw and cooked food items, which were improperly stored together, and the kitchen was also in a deplorable state, with flaking ceilings and dirty floors, walls, and ceilings.

Additionally, the dustbins did not have lids, resulting in a significant presence of houseflies in the kitchen. Food safety officials observed that food handlers were not wearing the appropriate attire, including hairnets, aprons, and gloves. Furthermore, essential documentation, such as FoSTaC training certificates, medical fitness certificates for food handlers, water analysis reports, and pest control records, was missing.

At Sriram Food Services, officials noted inadequate storage for raw materials and unclean kitchen areas. The storage and kitchen lacked proper lighting, and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items were stored together under temperature control.

Six food products were found to be expired, and several items were unlabelled. Like the previous establishment, this canteen lacked essential documentation, including medical fitness certificates for food handlers, water analysis reports, and pest control records.
