The task force listed wide-ranging hygiene and safety violations during its inspection at the food establishment. The refrigerator was found in an unhygienic state and a live cockroach infestation was observed in the kitchen.

The facility’s walls and ceilings were plastered with soot and tiles were found to be broken at some places. The exhaust fan was covered with grease and soot.

The team noted that the kitchen floor was not equipped with drains to remove food waste and the flooring was found to be "patchy" with littering of food waste at a few places.

Food items like tomatoes and potatoes were found in spoilt condition and discarded while raw meat like chicken, mutton etc were found to be dumped in the refrigerator in an unhygienic manner which may cause contamination.

The officials discarded Kissan Tomato Paste (6kg), Vanaspathi (10kg), Oregano (1kg) and Peri Peri Marinade (8kg) that had expired.
