Cyberabad Commissioner of Police, Avinash Mohanty, issued the prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). According to the directive, gatherings of five or more persons are prohibited within a 200-metre radius of all TET exam centres under the limits of the Commissionerate. The restrictions are aimed at preventing any obstruction to individuals lawfully employed at the centres and to ensure peace in the area.

As part of the enforcement, all photocopying (Xerox) and internet centres located within a 100-metre radius of the examination venues must remain closed during the examination period. This measure is intended to avoid any misuse of technology or materials during the conduct of the exams.

Certain groups are exempted from these restrictions. These include police officers, military personnel, home guards, and members of the Education Department's flying squads who are on duty. Funeral processions are also exempted.

The order will be enforced daily from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The public has been warned that any violation of these restrictions will invite legal action under relevant sections of law.
