Cyberabad Police impose restrictions for Group-II exams on December 15-16
Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police issued a directive on December 12, 2024, to maintain public order and prevent disturbances during the upcoming Group-II Services Examination, which will take place on December 15 and 16, 2024.
According to the order issued by Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, Avinash Mohanty, assembly of five or more persons will be prohibited within a 200-meter radius of all examination centers during the scheduled examination times. The Group-II Services Examination will occur in two sessions from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on both days.
Additionally, all photocopy (Xerox) and internet centers within a 100-meter radius of the examination venues will remain closed during this period.
The following groups are exempt from the order and they are police officers on duty, military personnel on duty, home guards on duty, flying squad and education department staff, and funeral processions.
The order will be in force from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on December 15 and 16, 2024, across all examination centers within the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate's boundaries.
The public is informed that any person found violating these orders will be subject to prosecution under Section 163 of the BNSS Act.
