During the inspection, several food safety violations were identified. The FSSAI license was found to be registered under the address of a different location rather than the food preparation premises. A FoSTaC-trained supervisor was not available, and key records such as pest control logs and water analysis reports were missing.

Further investigation revealed a cockroach infestation and rat feces in the storage room. Additionally, 90 kilograms of unlabelled raw rajma were discovered, and the preparation and dining areas had no insect-proof screens on windows or doors.

The preparation area floor was slippery, and temperature records were not maintained. Raw materials were stored directly on the floor without pallets, increasing the risk of contamination.

Insect-infested muskmelon seeds (20 kg) used for gravies were discarded, and 30 kilograms of whole green gram lacked proper labeling, including packing dates, expiry dates, and batch numbers.

Earlier, on January 27, 2025, the Task Force suspended the license of the Central Kitchen operated by Sri Vasista Educational Trust for Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutes in Khanamet, Madhapur, after an inspection on January 24.

Despite multiple warnings, the kitchen failed to meet food safety standards. Violations included missing water analysis reports, pest control records, and FSSAI certificates for employees. The kitchen was found in unsanitary conditions with improperly cleaned refrigerators, wet floors, food waste, and broken drains.

Live cockroaches and rodent feces were found in the storage area, and several food items were improperly stored.
