Christ the King 11 claim CRYA Cricket Premier League 2025 title in thrilling final in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: After a month of intense action and fierce competition, Christ the King 11 triumphed in the final of the CRYA Cricket Premier League 2025, defeating Blessed Challengers to claim the title. The final, held on Sunday, March 23, 2025, was the culmination of a thrilling tournament that saw remarkable performances from players across the city.
In the lead-up to the final, Blessed Challengers sealed their spot after defeating Design Walls in a closely contested semifinal, while Christ the King 11 made their way into the final by overcoming Rayolina Champions. The final clash was an exciting contest, with Christ the King 11 emerging victorious and Blessed Challengers finishing as runners-up.
Kranthi Reddy was the standout performer with the bat, taking home the title of the tournament's top scorer, while Thumma Srujan Reddy claimed the honor of being the highest wicket-taker.
The final match was attended by CRYA President Gopu Shashi Kiran Reddy, along with sponsors Aduri Abhinav Showreddy and Gurram Sandeep, who were on hand to congratulate the winners.
Speaking with Hyderabad Mail, CRYA organizer Allam Nithin Reddy expressed his pride in the tournament's success: "The level of excitement and talent on display throughout the tournament was exceptional. It was a thrilling final, and we are grateful for the tremendous support from the community."
