Special trains between Charlapalli and Tirupati extended till March 2026

Hyderabad: To manage the extra rush of passengers, South Central Railway has extended the operation of biweekly special trains between Charlapalli and Tirupati. These services will continue to run on select days from the end of August 2025 to March 2026.

Train No. 07017 will run from Charlapalli to Tirupati every Sunday from August 31, 2025, to March 29, 2026. The corresponding return service, Train No. 07018, will operate from Tirupati to Charlapalli every Monday from September 1, 2025, to March 30, 2026.

These trains will halt at Malkajgiri, Kacheguda, Umdanagar, Shadnagar, Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar, Wanaparthi Road, Gadwal, Kurnool City, Dhone, Gooty, Tadipatri, Yerraguntla, Kadapa, Ontimitta, Razampeta, and Renigunta. They will be equipped with 3AC, Sleeper, and General Second Class coaches.

In addition, Train No. 07251 will run from Charlapalli to Tirupati every Wednesday from September 3, 2025, to March 25, 2026. The return train, No. 07252, will depart from Tirupati to Charlapalli every Thursday from September 4, 2025, to March 26, 2026. These services will stop at Jangaon, Kazipet, Warangal, Nekkonda, Mahbubabad, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Chirala, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Venkatagiri, Sri Kalahasti, and Renigunta. The trains will consist of 2AC, 3AC, Sleeper, and General Second Class coaches. Passengers planning travel between Charlapalli and Tirupati during this period can make use of these extended services.
