BRAOU opens 2025-26 admissions for UG, PG programmes; Last date August 13

Hyderabad: Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) has opened online admissions for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes for the academic year 2025–26. Candidates who have completed Intermediate or its equivalent from the National Open School or the Telangana Open School Society are eligible for direct admission into undergraduate courses such as B.A., B.Com., and B.Sc.

The university is also inviting applications for Postgraduate courses including M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., BLISc, MLISc (Semester System), PG Diploma courses, and Certificate programmes. For the first time, BRAOU is introducing semester-based Postgraduate programmes in English medium for the following disciplines: Economics, History, Public Administration, Political Science, and Sociology.

The last date for registration and payment of tuition fees is August 13, 2025. Admissions must be completed online through learner centres located in Telangana. Tuition fees can be paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, or at TS Online Franchise Centres.

The admission prospectus is available on the university websites www.braouonline.in and www.braou.ac.in, and is also provided free of cost at all learner centres in Telangana.

In addition, students from previous year-wise batches (2016–2024), CBCS second and third-year students, and PG students who missed fee payment opportunities in earlier years can also pay their fees online via Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or TS Online before the deadline.
