Curtains down on 'Bharat Pride 2024’ national science expo in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The three-day National Science and Technology Expo 'Bharat Pride 2024' concluded on Sunday, October 20, 2024. It was held at G. Pulla Reddy Memorial School in Dilsukhnagar.

The expo featured 100 stalls showcasing innovative science models from major research institutions like ISRO, CSIR, NRSC, and others.

Over 50,000 visitors including students participated in the event and interacted with scientists and experts. IMD and CSIR Hyderabad jointly won the Best Stall Award which was presented by Dr. Naga Ratna Kopparti, Head & Director of IMD Hyderabad. Students from G. Pulla Reddy Memorial School also won Best Stall Prizes for their impressive science projects. Notably, IMD had previously won the Best Stall award at the 2023 expo held at Anurag University.

Jagruti Youth Association President, Naresh, felicitated participating scientists and experts. Principal, Hulsur Jaya Sree, expressed gratitude to all the collaborating organisations and teams for making the expo a grand success.
