Kishore, who was working as an MBBS doctor at the Basthi Dawakhana in Alwal, was reportedly depressed after facing repeated rejections in marriage proposals due to his baldness, according to Secunderabad GRP police.

Soon after the incident, the loco pilot of the train informed the police and the police team immediately rushed to the spot and shifted the body to the Gandhi Hospital for postmortem. After the formalities, the remains were handed over to the family. Meanwhile, the Government Railway Police (GRP) have registered a case and an investigation is underway.

It is reported that Kishore, despite being well-educated, faced difficulties in finding a life partner. Recently, he got engaged, but the engagement was called off by the girl after she found out that he was bald. The breaking of engagement had left Kishore deeply distressed.

In a similar incident, a 32-year-old woman ended her life at her residence in Narsingi on Wednesday night following a tiff with her husband.

The deceased woman has been identified as Sabita Rai. She would live with her family members on the outskirts of the city. On Wednesday night, when the family members were away, the woman hung herself to the ceiling fan in the house using a scarf.

According to her family, Rai and her husband would frequently quarrel over something or the other and consequently she had slipped into depression. The police have registered a case and are investigating it.
