Responding to the post, the official handle of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) requested a landmark and contact details to register the complaint.

The citizen replied, “The issue is right in front of Doggy Ville Pet Store located on Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Landmark: Near Pizza Hut, Banjara Hills Road No.12. Kindly keep me updated regarding the complaint. Thank you for your support.”

HMWSSB confirmed the registration of the complaint, stating, “Thank you for sharing the details. Complaint with token no. 7086 has been registered and forwarded to the concerned Thatikhana Section Manager. It will be rectified as soon as possible.”

Chandrayangutta: Poor Road Conditions in Jamal Banda

In another part of the city, residents of Jamal Banda in the Chandrayangutta constituency have complained about deteriorating road conditions. They said that despite repeated appeals over the past two years, no cement concrete (CC) road works have been initiated in their colony.

Residents expressed frustration, questioning why authorities who are prompt in tax collection are slow to respond to basic infrastructure issues. They said the problem worsens during the rainy season and called for immediate intervention.

For issues related to water supply and drainage, citizens can contact HMWSSB at 155313 or 040-23300114, or through its social media handles. Concerns related to roads and civic infrastructure can be directed to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) via its official handle @GHMCOnline on X.
