Due to bad roads, forget trekking sir, we are becoming patients. Please look into this. Why is there a delay in starting work on the sanctioned road?"

The Ameenpur People’s Association has submitted a letter to Serilingampally MLA Arekapudi Gandhi, requesting immediate intervention to complete the pending roadwork from the National Highway to Chandanagar.

The letter stated that the incomplete road remains in a dangerous condition and is affecting the safety of residents and commuters. It mentioned that several accidents have already occurred and reported incidents where pregnant women suffered complications, including loss of pregnancy, due to the unsafe and rough travel conditions.

Residents also pointed out frequent vehicle damage caused by the road, which they said is creating financial stress for families and daily commuters.

The letter highlighted that the condition of the road is not just inconvenient but a serious public safety issue. It concluded with a request for the MLA to prioritize and expedite the roadwork without further delay.
