The post read, "We would like to clarify that recent rumors about Mr. Allu Arjun entering into politics are entirely false and baseless. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun’s latest film, Pushpa: The Rule, continues to dominate the box office since its release on December 5, 2024. The film has become the fastest to gross over 1002 crores worldwide. The announcement was made by Allu Arjun on X (formerly Twitter), where he expressed his gratitude to fans, writing, "Thank you for all the love & blessings. #TeamAA #Pushpa2," along with a video showcasing scenes from Pushpa 2.

Pushpa 2 is a pan-India film that follows the life of Pushpa Raj, the protagonist, as he deals with red sandalwood smuggling. The movie is a sequel to Pushpa: The Rise, a blockbuster film released three years ago. Both films are directed by Sukumar, known for his hits such as Rangasthalam and Aarya. Allu Arjun’s performance in the first part of the series earned him a National Award for his acting skills.
