During the searches, officials found that Sridhar owns a four-storey building in Malakpet, a 4,500 square foot flat in a gated community in Shaikpet, a luxury villa in Tellapur, and a G 3 building in Warangal. He is also reported to have business interests in multiple hotels in Karimnagar. In addition, the ACB noted that he spent several crores on his son’s destination wedding in Thailand.

The ACB has registered a case against Sridhar for possession of assets disproportionate to his income. Financial documents, property records, and transaction details are being examined for possible benami ownership and links to irregularities in irrigation contracts. The investigation is ongoing.
